Corey Marsh

     Executive Vice President

Corey Marsh is EVP, TV and Film, at McG’s Wonderland Sound and Vision. During his tenure, Marsh has set up, developed and served as an executive producer on numerous drama, comedy and animation projects under the company’s overall deal at 20th Century Fox.

On the movie side, Marsh brought in, developed and produced Tall Girl, which was the #1 movie globally on Netflix for six consecutive weeks. Marsh also served as an EP on The Babysitter 2 and Rim of the World. In addition, he co-produced the Netflix movie, Holidate.

Prior to joining Wonderland, Marsh was Executive Director, Development at Disney Channel and Disney XD. He is credited with developing some of Disney Channel’s most successful series, including K.C. Undercover, Jessie, Liv & Maddie, and Girl Meets World - the latter of which was a passion project for Marsh, who cites its precursor, ABC’s Boy Meets World, as the inspiration for pursuing a career in the television industry.

Stretching outside of TV, Marsh also brought in and developed Descendants, a high profile, live-action franchise movie revolving around the offspring of the classic Disney villains. Directed by Kenny Ortega, the movie spawned a sequel, animated shorts, and multiple books, as well as lucrative toy and fashion lines. The property launched a billion-dollar business for The Walt Disney Company.

Marsh also conceived Disney Channel's Storytellers program, a WGA-sanctioned writer incubator designed to groom the developers of tomorrow. In its inaugural year, Storytellers generated a series pickup for half-hour comedy, Bizaardvark.

After beginning his career working as a writers’ assistant on Will & Grace, Starter Wife, and In Plain Sight, Marsh’s big break came when he was offered an executive job at then-startup production company, Prospect Park. During his tenure, he worked on the development team that delivered two successful series, USA's Royal Pains and FX’s Wilfred.

Marsh graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in Television, Radio and Film and Finance from Syracuse University, and was the class commencement speaker. He currently resides in Los Angeles, where he spends his weekends at Barry’s Bootcamp trying to work off the empty calories from his unhealthy relationship with Sprinkles Cupcakes.
